For the first time in weeks my mind was quiet. I could hear the wind sweeping through the canyon corridors as the sunlight shined brightly on my face. I had finally made it to LA. It had taken me nearly 3 years to make this moment become a reality, so I breathed in deeply and allowed myself to bask in the seconds as they swelled into minutes.
